Senior Key Account Manager
Currently, together with our partner Barry Callebaut - the world's leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate & cocoa, we are now looking for an ambitious and motivated person to take the position of Senior Key Account Manager. He/She will be responsible for the development of the business and managing the distribution in their Gourmet division here in Bulgaria.
Main Responsabilities:
· Pursuing sales leads; visiting existing and new customers, such as confectioners, pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, and hotels while respecting a time management schedule.
· Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
· Responding to customer inquiries; negotiating prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and concluding sales orders to meet revenue targets.
· Identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
· Managing distributors in how they supply, sell and promote Barry Callebaut's portfolio and brands in the territory.
· Delivering product and brand training to distributors’ sales force and developing their sales capability.
· Coordinating Trade Marketing and Technical activities between BC and customers/distributors.
· Developing Chef to Chef relationships and engaging in Chef Associations to build brand awareness and usage opportunities.
· Included in the creation of annual, quarterly, monthly sales plans and deploying them on the customers in the territory & prioritizing and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
· Other regional and Group related office work, including admin tasks (Salesforce platform, weekly reporting, price list management etc.).
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree ( degree related to Food Science or similar vocational education will be an advantage)
· 2+ years of relevant working experience in the food industry, FMCG
· Knowledge of the Chocolate/Gourmet industry will be a plus
· Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
· English – Intermediate level is minimum
