IT Project Manager
Our client is a global IT company, offering premier class services and solutions in various areas such as Cloud, Managed Services, Big Data, AI, IoT, Blockchain, Data Monetization and RPA. The company works in international teams and on projects for leading global financial, automotive, telecommunications and insurance pioneers.
Currently for their needs we are looking for motivated and experienced IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements gathering and consolidation from all stakeholders
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
- Track, monitor, and manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure that the information is communicated effectively according to the stakeholders’ needs and expectations
- Provide alignment between Group entities and vendor and regularly inform on project status, risks, and demands for changes of project scope
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve timely any project issues
- Work closely with internal configuration and external vendor functional teams to manage the solution development and implementation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management field
- Experience with HR system implementation, migration, and integration, specifically SAP SF, is a plus
- Good knowledge of core HR processes, such as employee handling, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits, as well as stakeholders involved is a plus
- PMP Certification or any other related PM certificate is advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and liaise with geographically dispersed teams
- Fluency in English language and good communication skills
