Solution specialist_Data Analyst

For one of our trusted clients an international company based in Sofia, we are looking for a Solution specialist_Data Analyst to join their IT Master Data team.
Main Responsibilities
Along with the below-listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
In this role, you are part of the IT Master Data team as a data analyst focused on master data harmonization across company platforms, businesses, and systems. You will be responsible for master data harmonization projects and a key enabler of the Data & Analytics roadmap.
You will:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze and prioritize unmet master data harmonization needs, problems, and business opportunities
• Lead cross-functional master data harmonization projects from data profiling to alignment of the IT landscape and implementation of associate governance and monitoring tools
• Conduct master data analysis across systems and data profiling
• Design, adapt & implement a new data model in the IT tool
• Deliver harmonized master data portfolio, in coordination with data champions & business data stewards
• Contribute to the implementation and development of the master data governance
Requirements:
• Have proven experience in IT project management including several stakeholders, regions, and multicultural teams
• Have proven to experience in data modeling, data architecture, and/or data profiling
• Proficient user of standard office IT applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Knowledge of an MDM solution (Orchestra EBX, Informatica) is a plus
• Ability to conduct business analysis to identify areas for harmonization
• Ability to penetrate stakeholder's needs across different business domains ranging from data science, BI, risk, trading, finance, innovation, etc.
• Curiosity & Good communication
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• English (Fluent) is mandatory
• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or business management
