Supply Sales Support Administrator

On behalf of one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Supply Sales Support Administrator to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.
Daily Responsibilities:
• MDF,CDF and ASP rebates processing & payment (in house) for equipment and supplies.
• Vendor creation in ECC / vendor maintenance.
• Rebate payments for equipment and supplies.
• Manage the payments helpdesk to solve issues for all resellers and distributors.
• Manage Purchase Orders.
• General administrative / sales support to all ER&SG.
• SAP Key User for supplies.
Experience and skills required:
• Good customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Access, Power point and Outlook essential.
• Proficient in handling and co-ordinating a multitude of tasks and prioritising workload.
• Capable of working under pressure and working proactively to deadlines.
• Experience of working in a fast-moving, changing environment - desirable.
• Excellent presentation, planning and organisation skills.
