Senior HR Business Partner

For one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.


 


 


Daily Responsibilities:


 



• Provide flawless execution of People and Culture strategic initiatives and operational delivery.



• Provide consultative support to business leaders, acting as an overall People & Culture account manager to ensure right quality of services executed and the manager and employee experience are continuously improved.



• Proactively work with the business leaders regarding the Engagement, Wellbeing, Diversity agenda and build appropriate actions, implementation and follow-up.



• Advise, coach and challenge the management team on driving the right balance between performance and culture, acting as a sounding board and conscience.



• Advise people managers on handling employment legislation, compliance, practices and procedures.



• Partner with Workforce Intelligence to use data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions.



• Implement talent management practices to create and share talent information for different resource groups for internal talent mobility; input in to learning needs analysis; leadership development and drive strategic workforce planning.


 


 


Requirements:


 



• Experience in Human Resources related roles with a proven track record as a HR Generalist or Business Partner.



• Fluent in English.



• Knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.



• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills.



• Good ability to work in a matrix environment.



• Data analytics and business insights.



• Change management.



• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
