HR Generalist
Our client is international group of companies, producing automotive parts for high quality brands. They are opening new project in Bulgaria and we are looking for HR Generalist to join their team and support the hr activities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Provide expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance, recordkeeping, employee relations, recruiting, employee retention programs, performance appraisal, disciplinary and termination processes
-Coordinate, manage and monitor hiring and recruitment processes for the plant including the review of application/resume, the evaluation of applicants’ skills and the recommendation regarding the applicants’ qualifications
-Guarantee that supervisors are in compliance with all state and company guidelines
-Develop and implement resolutions of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries, if advised by HR Manager
-Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees
-Guarantee the compliance with legal regulations and company policies
-Provide backup for compensation and benefits administration
-Plan and carry out employee orientation process as well as exit interviews
Requirements for the role:
-Foreman’s education or Degree in engineering
-2 - 5 years of manufacturing work experience
-Strong technical affinity
-Good communication and problem solving skills
-Good written and verbal English or German
