Agile Transformation Manager – Data Analytics
Role overview
You will be joining the Data & Analytics Service Line, will be part of a Global Team and become one of company’s Culture Ambassadors working within AGILE framework.
Data is a strategic asset for the company, for its key decisions today and for future development. The company develops a data-driven strategy to enhance trading performance, Digital Technologies and Analytics capabilities. You will be covering the role of Senior Solution Manager Analytics, Delivery Center of Excellence.
As part of the Data & Analytics Team in this role your mission will consist in promoting and supporting the deployment of the AGILE framework and continuous improvement culture across the entire Data and Analytics organization enabling product owners and delivery team to succeed in deploying more value through analytics services and solutions in a faster and predictable delivery pace.
Main Responsibilities
• Owner of the Delivery Center of Excellence supervising all delivery activities in Data & Analytics space
• Data and Analytics inspiring lead and trusted subject matter expert for delivery management and AGILE practices supporting product owners/proxy product owners on roadmap planning and its delivery
• Responsible for the governance of the products, delivery and adoptions framework regularly reporting Delivery Center of Excellence KPIs and roadmap for continuous improvement addressing and deploying retrospective actions captured and improvement actions (i.e. test automation, release strategy, agile delivery engine scaling, ..)
• Responsible to ensure adoption and successful AGILE delivery framework, product oriented and continuous improvement culture defining standards and best practices for delivery to be followed both by product owners/proxy-product owners and the multiple delivery teams involved
• Single Point of Contact between the different parties involved in the delivery of Data and Analytics Services and solutions
• Identify dependencies with all the parallel running developments proactively raising issues and risk assessments building a joint risk mitigation plans with product owners/proxy product owners and delivery teams involved
• Support product owners/proxy product owners on monitoring Teams capacity and proactively address capacity needs using regularly and proficiently capacity planning, proactively identify dependencies between running developments and raising alerts when applicable
• Support Data and Analytics Team in setting and reviewing comprehensive acceptance criteria for the deliverables, taking into consideration the business context and non-functional requirements, creating the formal definition of “done”
• Manage relationship with vendors’ resources and ensure to get expected performance from them monitoring and periodically reviewing compliance with contractual measures, SLAs and KPIs
• Monitor budget allocations to vendors vs actual spending following up with all products, services and solutions owner
Experience
• Proven experience in multiple simultaneous AGILE teams’ delivery management: profiles with certifications in AGILE roles will be prioritized
• Proven experience as a product manager (ideally) or project manager with end-to-end projects’ lifecycle is a must
• Experience in data modeling and analytics solutions delivery will be considered a strong plus
• Experienced in delivery management practices being able to define, share and deploy best practices i.e. test driven design, code quality tools, automated testing will be considered a plus
• Experience in modern application architecture and development: one or more between microservices, domain driven design, full stack development framework (.Net or other) will be considered a plus
• Must have technical skills: Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repositories) and experience on Microsoft technologies and Azure tech stack with proven use within AGILE products development
• Nice to have technical skills: .NET full stack development, Microservices Architecture (design, best practices), Power BI (with Deployment Pipelines), experience on Azure Functions, Azure Synapse, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Event Grid, Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repositories). Experience with SonarCloud, Test-Driven Development, Behavior-driven development, Domain-driven design
• Coach and guide people in problem solving and decision making
• Strong analysis, synthesis, and communication capacity (written and oral), ability to negotiate and influence both internally and externally
• English fluent both oral and written
• Higher Education in IT, Engineering, Math, Physics (others only if with previous proven IT experience)
