FP & A Analyst

We are looking for a professional to overtake the role of FP&A Analyst at a strong international company - world`s biggest computer technology corporation.
Purpose of the role:
- Providing data processing, reporting & analysis support to the FP&A Business Intelligence Team.
- Day to day reporting activities, as well as Month & Quarter end reporting.
- Providing management with Bid & Pricing Audit information, to evaluate adherence to policies.
- Providing an effective service to client’s legal and statutory requirements, agreed company processes and Service Level Agreements.
Main responsibilities:
- Business Intelligence tool – Running reports for sales out Equipment & supplies.
- Monthly reporting of key KPI’s. Preparing data using Access databases, excel files, validating data.
- Weekly outlook process.
- Pricing audit – validating bids & reviewing actuals.
- Presenting information to controllers for onward communication & meetings with external partners.
- Working with countries to get justifications from partners.
Your Background:
- Higher education in Business studies/ Economics/ Finance.
- Previous professional experience in FP&A.
- Fluent English.
- Exceptional PC skills (including Advanced MS excel skills) & high level of Numeracy.
- Understanding of QlikView
- Strong financial & analytical skills.
- Personal Drive, Autonomy & simplification orientation
- Capable of working on own initiative with a real “get up & do it attitude”.
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines/ time tables.
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Disciplined & methodical team player with good attention to detail.
