Customer Service Specialist

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world, we are currently looking for young and ambitious candidates who would like to join their Customer Service team and to be trained in the whole service process of the company.

 Customer Service Specialist

Main requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, student final year - preferably scientific or business management discipline
  • Good command of English language.
  • Good command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
  • ERP experience - SAP or other business management system – preferable

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well with deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
