HR Manager

Currently, for one of our trusted partners, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager, who will join their friendly and open team.
Responsibilities:
•    Provide consulting and support for employees and managers in all employment related matters (employment conditions, applicable labor laws, internal HR regulations and processes, absence, etc.)
•    Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy for the country and drive HR marketing and employer branding activities to attract IT talent
•    Ensure optimal and up-to-date local HR policies, processes and tools (in line with global HR and/or local requirements and legislation) and ensure they are correctly executed within the local organization including proper documentation
•    Manage the company’s compensation and benefit plans including annual compensation review, salary benchmark and benefits optimization
•    Employee Engagement – work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
•    Undertake tasks regarding performance management

Requirements:
•    University Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration
•    Relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in a HR Generalist role (experience in the IT industry is a great plus)
•    Good knowledge of local Employment & Labor Law regulations
•    Fluency in English
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Experience in international working environment is considered a huge advantage
