Technical Product Owner
Together with Costa Coffee we are expanding their business by building IT HUB in Sofia.

A bit about the role - Technical Product Owner
Reporting to Digital Delivery Manager based in UK you will act as the primary liaison with the delivery team. You will Manage stakeholders like project managers, senior leaders, and marketers in terms of the team’s delivery output, quality, challenges, and successes.
Other responsibilities will involve:
• Accountable for delivery outcomes of an agile engineering team
• Owns the product backlog and facilitates emergent requirement
• Task definition in partnership with the team ensuring that work items conform to INVEST principles (independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small, testable).
• Ensures all delivered work has appropriate and complete requirements documentation
• Point person for an engineering delivery team interpreting the strategy and defining delivery goals and maintaining the vision for development projects

• Exceptional requirements gathering and definition skills
• Experience as a product owner, or technical analyst – experience defining requirements, documenting systems, integration flows, and data
• Able to use collaboration tools like Git, Jira/confluence or DevOps
• Experience working with web services / systems integrations
• Experience working on enterprise technology platforms (commerce, CMS, integration, etc.) including extensions and integrations with other systems such as inventory, payments, marketing systems or product catalogue information (Digital)
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary IT team with knowledge of Data and Information Security, architectural processes, service level management, IT Ops.
