Sales & Business Development Specialist - remote

Currently for one of our clients Tide -  a UK financial technology company providing mobile-first banking services for small and medium-sized enterprises, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person for a position:
Sales & Business Development Specialist - remote
What the company offer:

• Working from home;
• Motivational pay with benefit system;

• Working time – Monday till Friday from 11:00 to 20:00.
Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for calling potential members who have expressed an interest in joining Tide but have not signed up;
• Calling potential members that have downloaded the Tide app but they have not signed up;
• Walking these potential members through our signup process, answer their questions and use your persuasion skills to reassure them that we are the best and convert them into full fledged Tide Members;
• In doing this, you’ll work with the KYC team to ensure that the members have provided all the correct documentation and will troubleshoot any issues that come their way. For this reason, you’ll need to be technically minded.
Skills and experience recommendations:

• Previous financial  tele sales experience 
• Experience using Zendesk;
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment ;
• Incredibly target oriented;
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and objection handling skills;
• Strong oral and written English skills;
• Incredibly self-motivated and conscientious, wanting to make a real difference in the business;
• Data driven, comfortable analyzing data and acting on it to improve conversion rates.
