Administrative Specialist with French or Italian

For one of our trusted clients - an international company with a Shared Service Center in Sofia we are currently looking for ambitious, motivated, curious, and easily adaptable people for the position of Administrative Specialist with French or Italian, who want to develop further in their professional path and improve their language skills.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers (by phone, e-mail, chat) and resolve their requests regarding offers, products and order status.
  • Contract management.
  • Check expiry dates and validity of tax licenses.
  • Process payments towards rent and monitor contract utilization.
  • Update orders with additional requirements/fees to be applied.
  • Support product return process.
  • Manage order related inquiries and service requests.

Requirements:
  • University Degree.
  • Experience in Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably in a finance related project.
  • Good level of French or Italian.
  • Good level of English.
  • ERP Experience – SAP is a plus.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
