Accounts Payable Manager with French

For one of our most trusted clients we are looking for Accounts Payable Manager with French, who will be responsible for driving and delivering Source to pay service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the STP service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handling escalations, issues and queries, participation in problem identification & resolution across the end to end STP process
• Responsible for the output and quality of services provided by the Accounts Payable team to key customers (who include Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc.)
• Oversees the performance of the STP Accounts Payable team and manages performance through metrics and key performance indicators
• Acts as an escalation point for the team on more complex or sensitive issues
• Ensures Accounts Payable period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
• Provides mentoring and training to new joiners
• Support the team in any means necessary in order to deliver performance in accordance to goals and targets;
Requirements:
• University degree
• Excellent knowledge of both French and English
• Minimum 2 years finance experience in a multinational organization or Shared Service Environment
• Ability to address and escalate complex issues within the Procure to Pay area
• Line management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP
