Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

On behalf of our new big multinational client, we are currently looking for a professional to overtake the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst / FP&A Analyst/ and to become part of a talented and dynamic team.

Purpose of the role:

At the position of a FP&A Analyst you will perform Financial Planning and Analysis & Business partnering role aligned to the FP&A responsibilities. 

Main responsibilities:
 
  • Creating financial plans, outlooks & related activities
  • Interaction with local sales and delivery management for plan & outlooks related data
  • Profitability reporting
  • Creation of various reports and forecasting for revenue, cost & margin & analysis
  • Revenue & P&L consolidation
  • Perform sales commission calculations & response to sales teams
  • Preparation of various accruals (revenue, cost, commission, rebate, back rebates)
  • Preparation and analysis of specific business reports (Financial/management)
  • Variance analysis & reporting
  • Bid support & sales margin adjustment
  • Inbound & outbound freight analysis & cost factoring for plans & outlooks
  • Creation of periodic and/or ad - hoc report & analysis based on business requirement
  • Rebate calculation & management
  • Inventory deferral management related reporting activities
  • Perform related accounting monthly, quarterly and annually closing activities 
  • Consistently in touch with internal & external stakeholders for accomplishing the task based on business requirement
  • Overall metrics (SLAs / KPIs) performance, root cause analysis


Your Background:
 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FP&A field
  • Strong financial & analytical skills
  • Degree in Finance or Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Working experience of any ERP is mandatory
  • Strong skill in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
