Business Analyst

On behalf of one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Business Analyst – to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team. 

Daily Duties:

•    Prepare and distribute reports using Business Intelligence tools and MS Excel
•    Transform existing reports and build new reports through manipulation of data
•    Support processes such as – month-end closing, forecast, budget, weekly and daily reporting
•    Prepare ad-hoc reports and report initial analysis
•    Identify reliable data source for reporting or ad-hoc analysis requests
•    Extract, cleanse and validate the necessary data from the relevant systems required for the production of reports
•    Support projects, reporting applications changes and upgrades
•    Provide insights and proposals on process plus reporting improvement, standardization and simplification
•    Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and provide support on resolving any reporting and data issues
 
Requirements:

•    University education in the field of Business Studies, Finance, or Information Systems
•    Relevant reporting and analytical experience in a dynamic environment like a multinational organization or a Shared Services Centre
•    MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•    ERP experience
•    Experience with BI Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects or other
•    Advanced English
•    Good communication skills
