Sales Administrator with French

On behalf of our client, a well-trusted international company, world`s biggest computer technology corporation, we are looking for a FRENCH speaker for the role of Sales Administrator with French.
Purpose of the role :
• Maximize the department Sales performance.
• Deliver optimal Service and Business support to the corporate customers.
Daily Tasks:
• Administrative & business support of sales processes.
• Back office activities.
• Paperwork, Rates & Deal / Pricing support.
• On-line support to Corporate Partners (managing queries and requests).
• Validation and Processing of Agreements for identified partners.
• Manage and update the internal database.
• Reporting activities.
Teamwork:
• Within the organization with other departments (Sales, Lease, Management).
• With corporate customers & stakeholders.
• With an assigned certain portfolio of customers.
• Business relationships with company Stakeholders.
Needed for the role:
• Good English.
• Fluent French.
• Strong numeracy skills & commercial awareness.
• Eye for detail.
• Communication & organizational skills.
• PC literacy.
• Self-motivated personality, able to work in a virtual environment.
• Customer-oriented and problem solving individual.
