On behalf of one of our client, we are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of Talent Sourcing services to the organization. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and assessing active and passive talent and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to define job requirements and evaluate candidates for skills and competencies match.

Upgrade your talent by:

•    Being responsible for the Talent Sourcing life cycle.
•    Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
•    Screening of resumes and application forms from different recruitment channels.
•    Pre-screening of short-listed candidates over the phone.
•    Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
•    Evaluating passive and active candidates by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with our Talent Acquisition team.
•    Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
•    Working closely with the employer branding team in building Talent Pools and recruitment campaigns for social media, online channels etc.
•    Serving as a collaborative partner to local universities.
•    Participating in other HR related projects.

You will be a great fit if you have:

•    Previous Talent Sourcing/ Pre-selection/ Recruitment experience - considered strong advantage.
•    Experience with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - considered strong advantage.
•    You have experience working in an international organization - considered strong advantage.
•    Excellent level of English.
•    A positive and commercial “can-do” attitude consistently delivering above expectations.
•    Desire to grow in the recruitment field.
