Senior IT Recruitment Partner

On behalf of one of our client, we are currently looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Partner to become part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.
 
Upgrade your talent by:

•    Managing end-to-end recruitment process for IT related positions.
•    Collaborating with managers to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy.
•    Acting as a partner/advisor to hiring managers and the business.
•    Assisting in developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies that identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
•    Utilizing innovative digital tools for purposes of Talent Acquisition.
•    Participating and leading interesting and innovative HR/TA projects.
•    Working closely with the employer branding team in building Talent Pools and recruitment campaigns for social media, online channels etc.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

•    University degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant.
•    2+ years of professional experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
•    Natural curiosity in the tech field.
•    Strong knowledge and experience with sourcing, such as utilizing LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms.
•    Excellent communication skills; English - C1.
•    Experience with Workday and/or Jobvite is an asset.
•    Customer-centric approach and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
