Consolidation Manager

For one of our most trusted clients, we are now looking for ambitious and motivated professional to work as Consolidation Manager for one of their brand-new teams.

Daily responsibilities:

•    Assist in the annual and SOX audits.
•    Research, analyze and document technical accounting issues.
•    Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports.
•    Provide guidance and training to country finance personnel as needed.
•    Coaching and employee development of the consolidation team members as needed.
•    Review the Company’s chart of accounts and ensure consistency of creation and use.
•    Monitor and enhance the financial close process, including investigating alternate procedures and new tools.  
•    Review consolidated results, identify discrepancies or issues, follow-up and resolve with country finance leads.
•    Provide timely analysis on the financial statements and information on a regular basis and generating associated reports. 

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics is required.
•    CPA certification (required).
•    Minimum 5 years of experience within the given area.
•    Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
•    Demonstrated experience in reviewing and interpreting financial statements and data.
•    Ability to: interface and collaborate with peers, management and other departments.
•    Strong sense of urgency and rigorous attention to detail to meet deadlines.
•    One Stream financial system experience will be considered as an advantage.
