NPI E - Commerce Data Exchange Expert

For one of our most trusted clients in the BPO sector, we are now looking for an ambitious and motivated professional to join its New Product Introduction organization as NPI E – Commerce Data Exchange Expert.
Summary of the Role:
The role will be responsible for managing the End-to-End data exchange processes with external customers and partners related to e-commerce in different territories. The role is responsible for managing market entry & legal data requirements related to the Digital/e-commerce area and enabler for winning the digital shelf race. The role demands building a strong collaboration with Commercial, customer logistics, GS1, KO, customers and other external partners.
S/he is responsible for the Product Business data used in data exchange with external customers/retailers across all territories. The purpose of the data exchange is to support Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) requirements as well as any relevant reporting system data needs. This involves being able to understand the business needs of the different business areas and the data elements required by customers, due to commercial or legal reasons and to support these needs via providing analytical and business SME expertise services. Exchange is mainly electronic but not solely.
Where relevant, s/he will play a leading role in preparing the right data as per project requirements, managing new process requirements and implementing best practices in an efficient and automated manner.
S/he will support proactively all activities related to expanding the scope of the NPI service line – process transformations, testing and integration in the daily activities.
Financial Services Delivery
• Deliver relevant B2B and B2C data exchange through multiple systems, interfaces, GDSN connections, portals, files or e-mails
• Design/executes training plan for new team members as well as drives knowledge transfer opportunities amongst existing team to improve performance
• Act as business SME in the product data exchange domain providing consultancy advice & troubleshooting where necessary.
• Ensures that all policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
• Supports and follows action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded;
• Supports assessment of new business requirements towards existing NPI processes
• Support/drives SAP, PIM and other technical/business initiatives through data migration
• Support, monitor, implement and maintain all new GS1 requirements affecting all territories;
Qualifications:
• 2+ years Supply Chain experience with a minimum of 1 year on a data management role in a multinational organization and/or SSC
• Strong experience of managing and analyzing data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment.
• Strong business knowledge in supply chain and logistic processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other enabling technologies
• Good understanding of GS1, GDSN system
• Ability to analyze financial and logistical information and provide solutions to issues
• English language skills - fluent
