On behalf of our trusted client, we are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Technical Recruiter with English a to become part of their industrious and dynamic recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process is your passion;
• Conventional talent acquisition methods are not working for you and you rather count on your creative and out of the box mindset;
• Your social skills comprise of communicating and establishing relationships with candidates and partners;
• Multitasking is part of you and you are not afraid to chase your goals;
• You successfully prioritize your tasks and show creativity in finding solutions;
• You associate social media, not only with fun, but also with LinkedIn sourcing.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years previous experience in a similar position in a recruitment agency or as an internal IT recruiter;
• Experience in sourcing talents for technical positions via social platforms (eg. LinkedIn, Google X-Ray, Xing);
• Desire to share, implement and apply good practices for attracting and selecting talent in the company;
• Positive, yet professional attitude towards candidates and colleagues in the company;
• Result-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail;
• Expertise in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
