Health and Safety Supervisor (Solar Power Plant Construction)
On behalf of our trusted client, internationally recognized construction company in the renewable sector, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate to occupy the position of:
Health and Safety Supervisor (Solar Power Plant Construction)
Main responsibilities:
• Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures and ensure regulatory with federal occupational, health and safety laws and regulations.
• Explains how to prevent accidents, implements plans, and respond to emergencies.
• Supervises the workers and the subcontractors.
• Generate safety issue reports
• Work with managers and other personnel to investigate incidents
• Conduct safety audits
• Oversee safety training
Requirements:
• University Degree in Management or Engineering
• Minimum 3-years of relevant experience. Experience from construction sites including medium and high voltage electrical works is a MUST
• NEBOSH or other similar certification
• Excellent use of Bulgarian and English Language
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• People management experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
