On behalf of our trusted client, a global production company in the automotive industry, we are currently looking for:
Internal Auditor – European region
Role summary:
The Internal Auditor is responsible for carrying out the routine phases of audit functions, assisting with the auditing of new and existing information systems, and making recommendations and updating processes to ensure that the auditing methods are efficient and accurate.
Main responsibilities:
- Key participant in internal financial and system audits and risk assessments
- Collaborates on the testing and documenting financial and computer system records for information system integrity and transaction accuracy
- Report any discrepancies and make proper findings / recommendations to the company
- Key participant in internal audits within established business process controls
- Develops formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and regulatory compliance agencies
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance or other related discipline
- Professional qualification in ACA or ACCA is considered an advantage
- Relevant experience is considered an advantage
- Very good English language skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Candidates with experience in the Big 4 Accounting Firm will have strong advantage
- Great team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Advanced skills in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating risk, drawing logical conclusions and presentation of results.
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
