Consultant with German

On behalf of one of our partners - a transformation and digital services company, delivering innovative solutions and simplifying the links between businesses and customers, governments, we are currently looking for Consultant with German.
Responsibilities:
Support of customers by processing requests via phone and email
Resolving product/service issues and providing ongoing assistance to customers
Cross and upselling activities for some products
Execution of sales following up handling customer requests.
Handling incoming calls and customer inquiries from a mobile operator
Compliance with project-specific communication standards and processes
Maintaining accurate database
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken German
Experience in a customer facing role
Interest and/or experience in sales would be considered as an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Customer and solution-oriented approach
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
