Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budget and strategic plan.
• Collects, processes and analyzes financial and operational information for business units and corporate functions.
• Supports management’s decision-making process by presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Develops and enhances decision tools, management reports, models and presentations.
• Prepares reports and analyses in support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes and ongoing financial activities.
• Maintains templates, populates, and validates financial and KPI data.
• Ensures sound analytical methodology and improves presentation standards.
• Develops reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
• Collaborates with members of other departments.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Degree in Finance/ Business economics/ Accounting or Industrial engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience as a controlling or FP&A specialist.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good English knowledge, both written and spoken.
• Experience in bottoms up/ top-down forecasting for revenue and/or expenses.
• Experience in analzying and working with large data sets.
• Analytical and detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Result orientation.
