Strategic Executive Assistant

For one of our most trusted clients - an extremely fast growing company and market leader in the Renewables sector, we are looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, prioritize and successfully communicate strategic projects and roadmaps with different stakeholders.
• Ensure all the management’s requests from business perspectives are fully understood by other relevant teams/ departments which lead to the on-time delivery of break-down tasks when it comes to implementation phase.
• Take a leading role in shaping and translating long-term company strategies into executable projects and/or products.
• Manage and communicate strategic project roadmaps including budget and resource planning with relevant stakeholders
• Constantly manage communication flows and feedback (internal and external)
• Ensure all functional departments are aligned with Global management strategy
• Assisting the CEO with communication with other members of company management, understanding the project planning, retrospective and backlog creation upon the different teams’ priorities, company strategy and vision

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration/Business Management/ Business communications or similar
• 3+ years of experience in multinational corporate environment
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management and strong leadership skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Energetic, tech-savvy, creative and resilient with a passion to work with highly dynamic people and changing environment
• Able to think outside the box and able to execute with high-level of detail
• Have proven tracks of achievements and overcoming obstacles
