HR Business Partner

For one of our trusted international clients, we are looking for HR Business Partner

Main responsibilities of the position:
 
  • Provide precise, compliant and scalable PX operations to the business, advise and execute on PX topics across the whole employee life-cycle, and partner with senior leadership in Factory
  • Partner with leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes: coaching, performance development, talent development, succession planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, development programs, change management, etc.
  • Coach all employees inside the organization
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Act as a relationship manager
  • Support management in the preparation of development plans to ensure associates are prepared for future opportunities. Identify training needs for business unit and assist in finding the best learning solutions according to the business practices
  • Drive Learning Center and competence development
  • Conduct workforce planning together with Factory Manager regarding changes in the business, staffing needs, skill set and competency focus, etc.
  • Participate and drive global projects where needed

Requirements to the applicants:
 
  • A passion for People processes
  • Degree qualified
  • HR experience in multinational organization
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • A good balance between leading and executing
  • Knowledge and practical implementation of People Experience practices and employment law
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, result-oriented, with a growth mindset, enthusiastic and energetic
