Among your responsibilities will be:
•    Partner with global IT functions and business units and shared services teams on business case build for major IT investment and saving opportunities
•    Monitor business cases financials throughout the benefit realization lifecycle 
•    Provide ongoing transparency of business case and benefit realization into program steering committees and initiate corrective actions if needed
•    Partner with IT controlling to mature project controlling capability within Technology Finance
•    Prepare half-yearly benefit reports for in-depth review and discussion with CDIO
•    Mature and maintain global IT investment valuation methodology and tools
•    Contribute to high performing Technology and Finance organization through change management and training

Required experience:
•    University degree in Finance or Business 
•    7+ years of experience in the field of finance & controlling with focus on technology ; prior experience in consulting is desirable
•    Good knowledge of IFRS ; US GAAP will be considered a strong advantage
•    Experience in business case development and tracking for large IT investments as well as exposure to outsourcing and managed services deals, preferably some from supplier side 
•    Experience in partnering with IT departments
•    Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments 
•    Self-starter with strong analytical and financial modelling skills
•    Strong collaboration skills and cross-cultural environment
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior stakeholders
