Sales & Marketing Coordinator
For one of our trusted clients - market leader with new standards in the design, manufacturing and sale of devices used for medical and dental treatments, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
• Use and develop CRM-based management and marketing activities
• Educational program course coordination to ensure an appropriate logistics and reporting of Courses
• Monitor the loyalty program of the company
• Utilize business development and marketing channels to create multiple touch points to a targeted audience
• Conduct call and emails campaigns
• Gather defined market intelligence
• Pre-qualify leads by collecting information based on defined criteria
• Create needs assessment reports based on intelligence gathered and a history of outreach
Main Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a B2B sales & marketing role
• Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Prior experience with contact management software and social media platforms would be a plus
• In Design and Adobe suite knowledge
• Knowledge of marketing databases / CRM and lead management processes
• Excellent level of English language
• Romanian language knowledge would be a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
