Customer Support Specialist with French

You will be responsible for:
  • Providing high-quality customer service to French speaking clients;
  • Responding to external customers inquiries with timely and accurate information by chat, phone and email;
  • Working with various communication channels and navigate through various system platforms.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent command of French language;
  • Good command of English language;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to learn and develop;
  • Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a team.
