Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team.
Your responsibilities:
First point of escalation for technical issues from customers or management
Gather required information, analyze data and provide solutions to client issues
Respond to client’s requests via email, phone or ticketing system
Our Requirements:
Excellent communication in English - both in writing and speaking
Excellent understanding of Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent trouble-shooting and technical problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Portfolio, Microsoft Technologies and Microsoft Products
What we consider a plus:
Knowledge or experience in system administration
Help desk experience, mainly on Windows 10 environment over the phone and remote support
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
