Product Support Specialist Polish OR Russian

For one of our trusted clients - an international company, we are now looking for ambitious and motivated person to work as a Product Support Specialist with Polish OR Russian.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical information on company products and on their application
- Participate in testing and implementation of new upgrades / functionality / equipment, administrative and reporting tasks
- Contribute to tools development
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the co-located Engineers and Field Engineers/Sales
- Record all calls and other communications with business clients, distributors and inter-department personnel
Requirements:
- Proficiency in one of the following languages - B2/C1 proficiency: Polish OR Russian
- Good level of English language
- Experience on a Customer/Technical Support position
- PC literacy, confident in use of MS Office
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Driven by team’s success and deadlines kept
- Adaptable to a changing environment
- Organized with attention to details
