Assistance Coordinator with Romanian

On behalf of one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for an Assistance Coordinator with Romanian to become part of a highly ambitious, dynamic, and successful team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with Romanian and Bulgarian customers
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalized customer service
- Entering information into database and report writing
- Being point of contact for any problems or enquiries
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum B1/B2 level of Romanian, English and Bulgarian languages
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
- Good team player, with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Have the motivation and drive to be successful and learn new things
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Possibility to work in shifts
