German Customer Support Advisor

For one of our trusted clients, a major international company, we are currently looking for German Customer Support Advisor, who will keep contact and support clients in their daily inquiries
Main responsibilities:
• Daily communication in German with clients, in order to navigate them when
creating/changing account information
• Provide online assistance
• Answer customer queries in timely and professional manner
• Collaboration with other team members and colleagues in the office
We are looking for people who are:
• Fluent written and spoken German language
• Good English language skills
• Friendly with supportive approach
• Patient and communicative
• Able to easily deal with challenging situations
• Available to work from office, when requested
• Flexible to work on shifts
