Key Account Sales Executive

Responsible for coordinating sales activities at international key accounts (major supermarket and hypermarket chains). Support the National Key, Account Manager, in annual negotiations and subsequently in the implementation of annual contracts with international key accounts. Participates in the development and implementation of key sales activities such as category management projects, branding projects, and planning and implementation of promotional activities. Reports to the National Key Account Manager – Bulgaria
Responsibilities:
Support the National Key, Account Manager, in annual negotiations with international key accounts (major supermarket and hypermarket chains)
• Support the National Key Account Manager in the definition of the promotional calendar and joint commercial plans for the international key accounts
• Prepare the demand plan for international key accounts and wholesale channels
• Negotiate or implement price promotions, promotional and marketing activities in the international key accounts’ point of sales
• Actively support and ensure the achievement of sales targets
• Maintain contact with responsible stakeholders at the international key accounts
• Monitor sales performance against budget and targets
• Monitor stock and merchandise allocation
• Implement brand and account activations
• Implement promotional and trade marketing activities
• Ensure that our brands have maximum visibility at the international key accounts’ point of sale
• Supervise the activities of merchandisers in the point-of-sale presidium
• Identifying specific opportunities to develop brand exposure and sales
• Collect information on sell-out, market share, stock availability
• Optimize commercial investment resources
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing and promotional campaigns
• Manage administration tasks related to sales processes
• Manage monthly reporting, financial reporting, accruals etc.
• Leverage on sales digital tools such as Nielsen KAI index, online promo tracking platforms, revenue growth management platform
Education & Requirements
• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing in FMCG international companies
• Previous experience with international key accounts/modern trade
• Previous experience in the beverage industry is considered a plus
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong demand planning and budgeting skill
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Power Bi, Power Point in particular)
• Clean driving license
