Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

For one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for а Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join their friendly and growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing needs within multiple projects;
- Posting and updating all job vacancies through appropriate channels;
- Working in close collaboration and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
- Sourcing and screening applications using job boards, social media, internet searches and other suitable methods and arranging interviews with selected candidates;
- Conducting interviews, including associated technical/ language testing, and making sure to communicate the value proposition in a positive and engaging way;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Human Resources or similar;
- 0-1 years of previous experience in HR/Recruitment role
- Advanced knowledge of human capital practices, techniques and standards;
- Excellent organizational and people management skills;
- Fluency in English.
