Expert Card Payments
Our client is a is a development-oriented commercial bank, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
We are looking for motivated and qualified person to join their team as an Expert Card Payments
Key responsibilities:
• Provides information related to card and POS operations
• Performs monitoring and analysis of Issuing and Acquiring transactions
• Processes dispute transactions
• Coordinates business process related to POS terminals – communicates the service with the clients, monitoring the POS network development, prepares regular reports and presentations for the service usage, proposes and coordinates different business campaigns
• Participates in implementing changes in Bank for card products as well as updating the internal rules and procedures
• Participates in work meetings of the department discussing current projects and daily tasks
Main requirements:
• University degree (regardless of the academic discipline)
• Very good level in English language
• Previous experience in the Card Payments / Banking Industry will be considered as an advantage
• Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
• A responsible approach to your daily tasks and attention to detail
• A desire to learn and develop
