Junior Accountant
Our client is a leading blockchain development and professional services company worldwide based in London and Sofia.
We are looking for motivated and ambitious person to join their team as an Accountant
Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping and general accounting activities, in accordance with National Accounting Standards and tax regulations
• Maintenance of GL accounts and account reconciliations
• Participation in preparing and filing VAT and other tax returns
• Participation in the monthly and year-end closing process and reporting
• Preparation of various monthly, quarterly, annual reports for the needs of the company
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit controls
• Work on other tasks set by the Senior Accountant or company management
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Very good command of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Team player with good personal values
