Product Manager - Industrial Gases

On behalf of our trusted client “Air Liquide Bulgaria” EOOD - a leading producer and supplier of industrial gases for a wide variety of sectors, from metallurgy, welding and cutting, chemicals and petrochemicals to food and beverages, pulp and paper, and glass production, we are looking for an experienced candidate to become part of their team on the position of
Product Manager - Industrial Gases
Responsibilities:
- In charge of managing product portfolio in order to define product supply & demand analysis;
- Implement the cluster product pricing policy factoring in the national context;
- Coordinate product technical compliance (e.g. regulations) with supply chains and contribute to the offer deployment effort;
- Align to the definition of the product strategy and apply it in the local market;
- Closely cooperate with Sales and Operations.
Requirements:
- Engineering-industrial or Business degree;
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role in a multicultural environment;
- Capability to develop pricing policies;
- Marketing intelligence and analysis;
- Basic financial analysis (cost structures);
- Good technical knowledge of industrial processes;
- Capability to elaborate capacity planning, supply / demand analysis;
- Fluent in English & Bulgarian language;
- Solution focused;
- Customer orientation while keeping a business sense;
- Energetic, outgoing, ambitious.
