Fleet Cards Administrator (Maternity cover)

For one of our trusted clients we are looking for Sales Administrator.
Main responsibilities:
 
- Responsible for the correct, accurate and timely input and maintenance of the information in the internal systems and platforms for customer and card management;
- Communicates with clients in connection with the administration of their cards, as well as with external companies for card printing;
- Processes orders for cards from customers - issuance, re-issuance and adjustment of cards in the internal systems according to customer requirements, and takes care of the smooth receipt of the cards;
- Resets and recharges prepaid (debit) cards on a monthly basis for certain debit customers with a monthly limit;
- Makes outgoing calls to overdue customers.
- Reporting activities; 

Requirements:
 
- University degree;
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to work software systems (ERP and POS);
- Good level of written and spoken English;
- Attention to detail;
