Role summary:
The employer offers training and development in a cross-functional business departments to provide a holistic view of the company. It aims at integrating fresh graduates into the “Air Liquide’s Group” to build their leadership and business acumen through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience at the early stages of their professional career.
You will have the opportunity to kick off with a European onboarding event where you will get to know colleagues from a wide range of business functions across Europe (Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
In other words, this role offers you an unique experience combining the best of two worlds: a full-time, open-ended employment contract along with the opportunity to kick start your career and learn a lot about “Air Liquide’s” business through two 3-month international missions within Europe (after the first and then after the second year).
Currently, you have the chance to apply for the vacant role of Junior Product Manager which plays a key role in the company’s Commercial Team in Bulgaria. Your purpose would be to provide assistance to managing product portfolio in order to define product supply & demand analysis, determine product pricing policy, drive re-branding and marketing analysis. You could strongly contribute to the re-branding and portfolio management processes.
Competencies & Profile:
• Recent university graduate with an ambition to develop in the corporate world;
• 1-2 years of work experience will be considered as an advantage;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Very good command of Excel & Google Sheets;
• Strong communication skills;
• Curious and open mindset to discover new things;
• Keen on working for a global company;
• Ability and willingness to travel abroad.
