Customer Relations Manager


The ideal candidate will be an attentive, active listener with a drive for providing exceptional customer service and knows their way around digital tools.

Currently, for one of our trusted clients – an innovative IT startup company, we are looking for an attentive, active listener who will become Customer Relations Manager to join their international team of specialists.
 

Among your responsibilities will be:
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs, explain product value and build relationships
Identifying industry trends.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities – upsell our services and solutions.

Mandatory requirements:
University degree in business, communications, or related field.
Professional experience in a similar role within tech company OR experience as technical support specialist (preferably 2-3 years or more)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent English
Knowledge of the Google Suite

Nice-to-haves:
