Senior Database Administrator / Team Leader

Currently, for one of our trusted clients, we are looking for Senior Database Administrator / Team Leader to join them in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
∙ Organize, lead, control and manage the process of applicative database administration of T24 production and test core banking systems of the banks in the company, as well as linked with them reporting RR databases.
∙ Administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures in order to ensure performance of the databases of Т24 and RR.
∙ Build, monitoring and control the regular applicative database maintenance within the defined timeframe.
Requirements:
∙ Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle 12c databases and PL/SQL;
∙ Strong database experience and understanding of cost of queries/optimization of queries/indexing/partitioning
∙ Strong knowledge in development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure database performance
∙ Competent in the following DBA functions - Backup and Recovery using RMAN; Monitoring of systems; Maintenance; Performance tuning; Dataguard;
∙ Knowledge of finance and accounting will be an advantage;
∙ Good level of English language, written and spoken
∙ University degree - Computer Science
