Logistics Manager

On behalf of one of our trusted clients – an internationally recognized manufacturing company in the Automotive sector, we are looking for Logistics Manager to join their team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading employees by challenging and encouraging them
- Implementation and Coordination of warehouse activities
- Analysis and conception of new logistics and warehouse processes
- Continuous improvement of warehouse work activities and optimization of work processes
- Management of the dispositive area of supplier scheduling and customer order lanning
- Processing of logistical complaints in cooperation with Quality department
- Analysis of changes in requirements including derivation of measures
- Creation, further development and coordination of key figure and reporting systems
- Ensuring customs process in alignment with central department
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent education or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experiences in Logistics/ Supply chain or warehouse/material planning activities
- Automotive industry experience
- SAP-Materials Planning and Production Processing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English and/or German
- Willingness to travel during the job start
