Senior Assistant, data management France

For one of our trusted clients, we are now looking for ambitious and motivated professionals to work as a Senior Assistant, data management France 
The resource will be responsible for the execution of tasks in the Data Management Services team, taking care of master data management (in Commercial Operations remit
Main responsibilities:

Data Management

•    Create new customer profiles and take care of future updates and data maintenance, including coordination, launch and monitoring of data quality surveys
•    Manage additional master data (such as product catalogues) and customer hierarchies, list of equipment, preferred list & product pictures for Red One
•    Manage master data alignment between different systems, particularly when not integrated, and conduct data mapping and data visualization
•    Perform data validation and data quality routines, participate to recurring meetings with In-Country roles to guarantee data quality and process governance and support master data initiatives
•    Data correction within sales force if needed
•    AR Management
•    Manage commercial organization hierarchies (territory management)
•    List active users / license management

Requirements for the position:

•    Experience in Producing and delivering complex reporting to various stakeholders is a must;
•    Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
•    English language skills and German is an advantage
•    ERP experience, preferably SAP
•    BI Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects – Basic (optional)
•    Advanced MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.), PowerPoint
•    Understanding the commercial environment and needs of the business and relevant stakeholders
•    Basic understanding of financial systems & processes
•    Analytical skills
•    Customer-oriented mindset
•    Attention to details
