Cobol Developer

Currently, for one of our trusted clients we are looking for an experienced Cobol Developer , who will be able to build their career in a successful company within a growing team of ambitious and motivated professionals.
Also, we are open for candidates from other countries within the EU as we can offer a relocation package.
Responsibilities:
• Software development, application integration, package configuration, testing, deployment of internal applications
• Maintain various applications within the company's system, as well as carrying out assignments with partners (ex. discussing the requirements, developing, implementation, testing and support)
• Managing incidents through investigating (and resolving) problems that occur in the processing of the systems
• Joining the SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning), where we have a lot of interaction within and outside the team and every team member takes responsibility to pick tasks from the backlog, discuss requirements, give status update on open tasks, give and accept open feedback
Requirements:
• Professional experience with Cobol, preferably 4+ years
• Experience in designing technical solutions and the creation and maintenance of their documentation
• Experience with Database management in Db2, IMS
• Experience with Release management using Changeman and/or GIT
• Tooling experience: JIRA, Confluence, IDz/RDz
• Very good level of English - both written and spoken (preferably around B2)
• Previous working experience in an Agile environment would be considered a plus
• Debugging experience with Xpediter would be considered a plus
