Cost Estimator

For one of our trusted clients - a leading Bulgarian company in the Renewables sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Cost estimator will join their Offer department.
Main responsibilities:
- Thoroughly studying audit documentation and technical specifications for the assigned construction sites
- Participating in the preparation of contracts, ensuring terms align with project estimates
- Developing project schedules and diagrams of the necessary resources for the seamless implementation of PV projects.
- Preparing accurate estimates of the cost of manufacturing solar products and construction projects
- Preparing detailed analyses of unit prices and offer calculations for competitive bids;
- Monitoring budget of company's project sites
- Tracking and controlling the costs associated with PV construction projects
Requirements:
- Relevant previous experience of 4+ years in a similar role ( Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor/Construction Engineer)
- A higher technical or civil engineering education
- Fluency in English language (German is considered an advantage)
- Previous experience in the PV sector is considered a huge advantage
- Ability to interact, develop, and maintain a positive professional relationship with all levels of personnel.
- Good negotiation and team player skills
