Senior Legal Counsel

For one of our trusted clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate leasing contract documentation, including general terms and conditions, appendices, and legal document templates;
• Draft contracts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents related to the company's activities;
• Provide legal opinions on restructuring and renegotiating leasing contracts;
• Advise all company departments on legal issues daily;
• Prepare applications and documentation for special pledges in the Central Register of Special Pledges (CRSP);
• Handle correspondence with state authorities, institutions, and legal entities, including dispute resolution.
Main Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the field of corporate, commercial, compliance, and financial services;
• Master’s degree in law,;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, and planning skills;
• High attention to detail.
