For our trusted client – Kayser Automotive – an internationally recognized manufacturing company in the Automotive industry which is launching its production plant in Pleven, we are looking for Health & Safety Coordinator.
Main tasks:
- Introducing, maintaining and improving local management systems, taking into account group specifications and processes;
- Preparing and monitoring the implementation of measures to increase occupational safety;
- Carrying out risk assessments and coordinating machine inspections;
- Coordination and monitoring of incident investigations;
- Advising the production areas on environmental and occupational safety issues;
- Establishing and ensuring legally compliant and environmentally friendly waste management;
- Ensuring structural, organizational, and defensive fire protection, taking into account local requirements;
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Previous manufacturing company experience;
- Technically-related university degree is a huge advantage;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of local occupational health and safety legislation;
- Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 standards;
- High level of technical understanding;
